BROCLAD delivers throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

UK orders are primarily shipped via Royal Mail. International orders may be shipped via Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the destination and delivery service selected.

Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient according to the regulations of the destination country.

Customs processing may occasionally affect estimated delivery times.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

Free UK Returns

BROCLAD offers free returns within the United Kingdom on eligible items.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and an approved prepaid return method.

Please follow the return instructions provided by BROCLAD before sending your item back.

 

International Returns

Eligible international orders may also be returned. Please contact us before sending an international return so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

International return arrangements and any applicable costs will be confirmed before the return is made.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
